A $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available! Pay Rate for direct therapy: $28.25 per hour; Pay Rate for supervision duties: $32.25 per hour DOE. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 play-based instruction using ABA techniques, assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilizing company-provided iPad for data collection, safe handling of clients, clear communication with team and clients, participation in clinical team meetings, compliance with company policies, providing training and mentoring to clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling, collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients, and ensuring effective program development. Minimum requirements include ability and willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or state-specific ABA licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, enrollment in BACB verified BCBA coursework or relevant experience, passing background checks, availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and preferred experience with Apple iPad and Google Suite. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand, sit on the floor or child-sized chairs, lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity for data entry, specific vision and auditory abilities, and willingness to use safe handling procedures if required.
