Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism. The Program Supervisor will provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilize company-provided iPad for data collection, and communicate effectively with team members and clients' caregivers. Responsibilities include providing ongoing training, mentoring, and support to clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling appointments, collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients, and ensuring effective program development. The role requires adherence to company policies, including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Minimum requirements include ability and willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or state-specific ABA licensure, a Bachelor’s degree, enrollment in BACB verified BCBA coursework or relevant experience, passing background checks, full-time availability Monday through Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crawl, lift up to 50 pounds, use technology for data entry, and communicate effectively. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, $1000-$2000 relocation bonus, pay rates of $29/hour for direct therapy and $33/hour for supervision duties DOE, paid training, benefits for 30+ hours/week, and a supportive company culture.
