As a Behavior Therapist (BT), you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in home, school, or community settings, using a play-based approach tailored to each child’s unique interests. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 play-based instruction using ABA techniques as directed by a BCBA, supporting clients and families to achieve individualized outcomes, utilizing behavior management strategies, collecting data onsite with company-provided iPad, communicating clearly with team members and clients' caregivers, participating in team meetings and trainings, providing accurate availability, and complying with company policies including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Requirements include experience or interest in child interaction, part-time or full-time availability with specific scheduling options, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background and health checks, willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or ABA licensure, technology skills, and commitment to ongoing training. Physical requirements include mobility, manual dexterity, visual and auditory abilities, verbal communication, and ability to perform behavioral interventions if necessary.
