high-quality, ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our programs are comprehensive and individualized, focusing on ABA therapy, communication training, daily living skills, social skills development, school-readiness preparation, and parent education.

We are currently seeking
motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team in
Garland and the surrounding areas. We have both full-time and part-time roles available, each offering long-term growth potential. Due to the meaningful and consistent nature of our work, we are seeking candidates who are interested in long-term employment. Seasonal or short-term applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services under the direct supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs
- Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
- Accurately collect behavioral data and track client progress
- Support and train parents by modeling strategies and reinforcing ABA techniques
- Maintain session notes and documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance standards
- Attend team meetings, participate in ongoing training, and engage in professional development
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for working with children and families

Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
