Responsibilities include providing 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, assisting clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilizing company-provided iPad for data collection, handling clients safely including those with aggressive behavior, communicating clearly with team members and clients' caregivers, participating in clinical team meetings and staff training, complying with company policies including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Under supervision, the Program Supervisor provides ongoing training and support to clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checks data graphs, assists with reports and program updates, facilitates team meetings, designs treatment programs, may conduct initial assessments, manages scheduling and collaborates with IEP teams for district-funded clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, experience delivering ABA services or coursework, ability to pass background checks, availability Monday through Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and willingness to drive to client locations. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, use technology for data entry, and communicate effectively. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, $1000-$2000 relocation bonus, pay rates of $23.50/hr for direct therapy and $30/hr for supervision duties, paid training, benefits for 30+ hours/week, and a supportive company culture.
