Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Lakewood, NJ. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, creating and implementing individualized ABA therapy plans, and providing behavior management strategies. The BCBA will work closely with children diagnosed with ASD, offering direct intervention and support while also educating parents. The role requires regular documentation and progress tracking to ensure effective and sustainable results.
Qualifications
- Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in Psychology and Behavior Management
- Proficiency in Parent Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lakewood, NJ
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD is a plus
