The Facility Maintenance Specialists organize and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for the Terre Haute Area locations to ensure the safety and quality of our clinics.
Position Responsibilities
- Inspects each office monthly to ensure preventive maintenance is provided.
- Respond to requests for maintenance issues, providing the scheduled time to the SA and Facility Director.
- Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Director of Facilities.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications & Education: (include, but are not limited to)
- 3 years of experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb, as needed, for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to pull, push, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel to locations within the designated area.
