Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism. Kyo serves thousands of children and teens across nine states. The Program Supervisor will provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills, utilize company-provided iPad for data collection, and communicate effectively with team members and clients' caregivers. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff and caregivers, spot-checking data graphs, assisting with reports and program updates, facilitating team meetings, designing treatment programs, conducting assessments, scheduling appointments, collaborating with IEP teams for district-funded clients, modeling behavior intervention tactics, and tracking student progress. The role requires compliance with company policies, including mandatory reporting of child health and safety concerns. Minimum requirements include ability and willingness to obtain or maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or state-specific ABA licensure, BCaBA highly preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, experience in ABA coursework or behavior modification services, passing background checks, availability Monday through Friday 8am-7pm, reliable vehicle, and at least 2 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Physical requirements include ability to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, crouch, stand, sit on the floor or child-sized chairs, lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity for data entry, specific vision and auditory abilities, and ability to use safe handling procedures if required by a Behavior Intervention Plan.
