About The Treetop Therapy
We provide personalized ABA therapy to children ages 2–18 in homes, clinics, and communities across Georgia, Arizona, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Every program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, grounded in evidence-based practices that help them grow and succeed.
What You'll Do as an RBT
As a key part of our clinical team, you will:

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their home environment

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Track and report on client progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
-
Use data-driven techniques to teach skills and improve behaviors
-
Collaborate with families to support progress at home and in the community
What We're Looking For
Required:
-
Current RBT certification
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
-
Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
-
Comfort with EMR systems for documentation
