Overview:
Are you a BCBA with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy ABA is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up ABA clinic as a Clinic Director / Investing Partner. With Ivy’s full support, you’ll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.
What You’ll Do:
- Launch and grow your own ABA treatment clinic
- Lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians in providing high-quality care alongside interdisciplinary teammates (SLPs, OTs, and PTs)
- Provide developmentally appropriate, individualized ABA treatment
- Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
- Join as an equity partner, which means you share in your clinic’s success alongside Ivy ABA

Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure as a behavior analyst
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses, preferably children
- Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
