Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $82,500 - $94,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
- Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Earn between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- Sign On Bonus: Up to a $10,000 bonus if you meet eligibility requirements.
- Stay, Grow, and Flourish: We offer a $40,000 Retention Bonus Program.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications

Professional Development & Support
- Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center they are hired for, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.

- Centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
- RBT training offers more interaction and collaboration, including an RBT Buddy who will check in with new hires and provide ongoing support throughout their training.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
