Position Details
The Quality Assurance Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact on the organization's financial health, reputation, and operational efficiency. This role involves using analytical skills and tools to forecast and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Quality Assurance Risk Manager Will Also
- Serve as the primary contact for program management, interfacing with payers and state agencies to resolve measurement-based care issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Aggregate, analyze, and report on data from value-based care indicators, audits, incidents, surveys, and staffing to identify trends and recommend targeted quality improvements.
- Lead quality and risk management projects; assign tasks, conduct risk assessments, investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Develop and implement improvement plans for identified risk areas and support the annual Quality Assurance Risk Management Plan.
- Facilitate quality and risk management meetings with program leaders and assist with safety inspections across service locations.
- Support quality infrastructure through technology development and participate in cross-training initiatives for continuous improvement.
