In this role, you’ll oversee and support a team of dedicated professionals providing direct services in the community. You’ll ensure quality care, coordinate services, and help drive positive outcomes for individuals and families.

The Manager Of Community Based Will
- Oversee a Community Based Programs and teams which assists consumers by linking them to services and resources.
- Oversee daily operations of the Program, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, strategic goals, and regulatory standards.
- Review of financial guidelines and productivity of the community-based team.
- Provide direct supervision, support, and training to community-based team (up to 9).
- Support and guide in Crisis Response
- Support staff in developing individualized service plans and addressing complex client needs through case consultation and coaching.
- Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and funding.
- Support in the development and management of program budgets, revenue analysis, overseeing billing processes and ensuring timely collection while working with the AR team.
- Rotating On Call Responsibility
