Position Overview:
We are seeking a service coordinator who will play a key role in growing our team and maintaining the high standards that Bright Achievements is known for. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about representing our brand and passionate about identifying individuals who are both qualified and aligned with our values. This role combines responsibilities—such as candidate and technician pairing, collaboration with clinical teams and staff & family communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Bright Achievements with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all service coordinator efforts.
Management of provider agreements.
Pairing of technicians to cases.
Providing support to families and technicians for the duration of the case.
Substitute and cancellation placements.
Manage the vacation and time off schedules of both technicians and families to ensure continuity of services.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in service coordination, preferably in healthcare, education, or human services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
Comfortable with both remote technology tools and in-person networking.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple spreadsheets and pipelines simultaneously.
Familiarity with ABA services or behavioral health is a plus.

Compensation: $20-22/hour (Compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards)
