Human Resources Assistant to assist staff in all aspects of the hiring process and general office/reception duties.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Conduct background checks; including but not limited to BMV, criminal, reference checks, etc.
- Assist with maintaining employee files.
- Data entry of employee documents and training that includes but not limited to driver license, auto insurance, client specific training, discipline, etc.
- Maintain applications for 1 year.
- Help with initial screening and interviewing of applicants as needed.
Receptionist / Office Duties
- Answer phones
- Greeting walk in traffic
- Assist with sorting and distributing mail as needed.
- Completes purchase orders
- Orders office supplies
- Assist management with special projects
- Schedule meetings as requested
- Support with organization and management of compliance records
Additional Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of individuals served.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- High School Diploma required. Some college - Human Resources or related business field preferred
- Computer skills
- Successfully clear background check including criminal, registries, etc.
