What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct FBAs & create customized treatment plans
-
Deliver engaging, play-based ABA therapy (home & community-based)
-
Supervise, support, and train RBTs and BTs
-
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
-
Collect and analyze data (yes, the fun stuff!)

Participate in team meetings & ongoing development
What You'll Bring:

Active BCBA Certification
-
North Carolina LBA (or willing to get licensed)
-
Experience with autism or developmental disabilities

Great communication skills + a heart for helping others
