The May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders in Norwood is looking for a Teacher Assistant to work in a classroom setting providing services to children with brain injuries and neurological disorders.
The schedule is 7:15am -3:45pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in the areas of academics, self-care (ADLs), and vocational tasks
- Teach skill development and community integration
- Assist individuals in meeting their personal care such as toileting, bathing, and assisting with nutritional needs
- Assist in behavioral interventions
- Participate in the development of IEP objectives and document Student progress
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Experience in a school or other human services setting is preferred
