We are seeking an early-afternoon & weekend ABA Behavior Technician to join our network of ABA professionals. This BT will help the student and their family towards continued success with throughout their school-aged life transitions. The most successful BTs are thoughtful, engaging, and passionate with their interactions with students, caregivers, supervisors, and colleagues, alike. The schedule is 10 hours per week ABA Behavior Technician Role and is listed below:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 4:15-6:15PM & Weekends from11AM-1PM Behavior Technician Tasks:Measure, assess, and document skill acquisition of student's progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)1:1 Goal-oriented, in home, direct service work with a student involving implementation of ABA approaches including but not limited to discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcements, and reward-systems.Thorough and comprehensive session-to-session documentation, data analysis, and billing.Actively engaging with clinical direction and professional feedback from BCBA supervisor(s)Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients or students, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkersIn this role, you will work directly, one-on-one, as a Behavior Technician, with this 11 year-old youth in their natural, home environment. You will be supported by a lead, board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) while you move through the individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) that was scribed to help the student experience increased success in communication, focus, and positively adapting behaviors. According to this BIP, daily, you will collect numerical and qualitative data on these goals. The charted progress will be used to create new, personalized interventions and goals as the relationship with the student progresses from month-to-month.
