What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based strategies.
- Implement care plans designed by clinical experts to support skill development and independence.
- Document progress during each session using electronic systems.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and clinical teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Who You Are
- A high school graduate (or equivalent) who loves working with children.
- Passionate about helping others and open to learning new skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
- Reliable, with consistent transportation to travel to clients’ homes or community-based locations.
Additional Info
- Services are provided in-home or in community settings.
- Positions begin as part-time, with potential for growth.
- All staff must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (we’ll help you get started).
- A minimum 6-month commitment is required to support long-term progress for each child.
