Child & Family Development's mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated and quality services to children and families. Established in 1980, we are a multidisciplinary practice that includes a clinical team of highly skilled Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors and an ABA team, as well as a talented client support team. That also makes us the longest standing private, outpatient pediatric therapy provider in the Charlotte area. We are an employee-driven organization that values quality, collaboration, and prosperity. Our clinical staff is valued for their knowledge and expertise and encouraged to develop the skills and areas of specialization they are interested in.

Responsibilities For Our Occupational Therapists Include:

Providing comprehensive OT services to clients of C&FD, including but not limited to evaluations and treatment services
Being a part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that value and encourage each other while fostering a holistic approach to treating clients and supporting their families
Services are performed within standard business hours, no nights, weekends, or holidays

Requirements For Our Occupational Therapists Include:

North Carolina OT licensure is required and must be active and in good standing
Must possess a valid driver’s license to travel to clinic offices and meetings
Must be able to pass a background check prior to hiring
