Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Recruiter, located on-site in Brooklyn, NY. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also facilitate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand staffing needs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or human services industry is a plus
