dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our growing teams in

What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $100,000 per year
- Manageable Caseload: 4–6 clients
- Flexible Schedule: 40 hours per week — build your day around what works best for you
- Balanced Workload:
- 16 hours/week in clinic for supervision, staff support, and client sessions
- 24 hours/week for assessments and documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
- Monitor client progress and update programs as needed
- Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and education
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funding and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- NC Licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Passion for improving the lives of children through evidence-based care
