Responsibilities
A day in life:
Project Management
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop project timelines, track progress
Facilitate regular project meetings and follow-ups
Operations
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and procedures.
Monitor workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
Supervise and support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
Facilitate communication between departments to streamline operations.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support operational needs.
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Track and manage budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Executive Assistance
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Draft and proofread emails, reports, policies, and other communications.
Liaise with clients, partners, and team members on behalf of the executive.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and carry projects through to completion.
- Proficient with CRM
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
