Overview
The clinical team at Helping Hands Families changes lives, by providing meaningful autism therapy for children. Our Regional Director of Operations (RDO) provides leadership to our Clinical Directors and to our clinicians. They will build relationships with team members and clients to provide effective guidance and motivation to drive successful clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple autism therapy clinics - delivering outstanding outcomes for the children by supporting the team
- Operational
- Lead a team of Clinic Directors (and their clinicians) in multiple locations
- Influence reaching clinical and operational goals established by the company by coaching and guiding the clinic team
- Model and develop a positive team culture to retain team members.
- Hold the teams professionally accountable to company goals.
- Analyze, act on and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics of the region.
- Strategize with support center team members to facilitate clinic and market growth.
- Participate in the yearly budgeting process and monthly P&L reviews with executive leadership.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Clinical
- Travel to each clinic in your region regularly to provide in-person support.
- Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families.
- Ensure highest quality client care to meet company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise special assignments as delegated by the COO.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, ABA, Operations or other related fields is required
- BCBA Certification plus state license (if applicable) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
