Cortica is looking for an Operations Manager to join its growing team!
As Operations Manager, you will serve as Cortica’s first level of leadership for clinic operations. With oversight responsibilities for multiple clinic locations in a rapidly growing organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Cortica’s strategic goals and mission translate into successful tactical operations. In addition to leading office administration and support staff, you will work closely with the Area Director to further Cortica’s culture of excellence and teamwork.

What will you do?
- Manage, coach, and mentor administrative teammates, providing both day-to-day support and long-term career development of team members in multiple clinics
- Jump in and cover any of the support positions when needed for the benefit of the team
- Oversee daily operation of multiple clinics with a deep understanding of operational flow for all clinical disciplines and departments
- Collaborate with other disciplines to improve customer experiences, satisfaction, and outcomes
- Coordinate and lead trainings, special events and meetings
- Assist in the coaching, training and development of new teammates and act as a liaison for new hires
- Partner with the Area Director on the maintenance, development, preparation, and interpretation of center reports
- Develop a deep understanding of the Cortica Care Model and articulate it to families and teammates when needed
- In collaboration with the Area Director, lead Area-level culture initiatives and committees
- Manage the Area’s supply and inventory system
- Lead safety initiatives for multiple clinics and show sincere interest in team member wellbeing
- Lead by example, demonstrate maturity, and exude professionalism
- Exemplify Cortica’s core values and communicate our vision and mission to team members and customers as needed
- Address operational site concerns and issues (e.g., physical space, materials, room assignments, cancellations, subs, etc.)
- Work on other duties and priorities at the discretion of your manager
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You received a bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus equivalent work experience.
- You bring 3+ years of practical experience or equivalent experience in an office setting, preferably in a healthcare organization.
- You have 1+ year of management experience leading administrative teams.
- You are eager and willing to travel to clinic/center sites to ensure operational excellence.
- You are skilled in dealing with conflict and navigating difficult conversations.
- You bring experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You are highly reliable and well-organized.
- You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- In this role you are occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- In this role you must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- You preferably have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $79,555.00 - $103,422.00. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
