About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact, intellectually curious, and driven Vice President of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to lead our revenue operations. This individual will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle with a strategic, technology-forward approach, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals. This role demands exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Though experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) is preferred, it is not required. What is required is a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, outpace competition, and think both critically and creatively across business functions.
Leaders with strong backgrounds in technology or in managing technology-enabled service operations are especially encouraged to apply, as this role intersects closely with innovation, automation, and cross-platform integration.
The role will be embedded within two synergistic healthcare platforms:
Clinical Operations – Adult and Pediatric Therapy and Pediatric Behavioral Therapy (ABA)
Compleat KiDZ, the pediatric arm of our clinical services, is a fast-growing therapy service providing integrated therapies under one roof (Behavioral Therapy (ABA), Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies). Our Behavioral Therapy service is the fastest growing of the four. It is focused on delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and related developmental services to children with autism and other behavioral challenges. With multiple centers and a reputation for clinical excellence, Compleat KiDZ emphasizes measurable outcomes, family engagement, and clinician support. It operates at a scale that requires disciplined revenue cycle execution and forward-looking operational strategies.
Compleat Rehab/Hot Springs Sports Medicine, the adult therapy arm of our clinical services is clinic-based, with locations in North Carolina and Arkansas (Occupational and Physical Therapy). These services are t longest running therapy services and continue to be an important aspect of our business.
The Kure App
Kure is a proprietary digital platform designed to reimagine service coordination, referral management, and provider scheduling in behavioral health. The app supports multiple stakeholders — from clinical teams to patient families — and leverages AI-driven workflows and automation to reduce administrative burden and enhance quality of care. It also offers real-time data visibility that supports both operational and financial decision-making.
As VP of Revenue Cycle Management, you’ll work cross-functionally with these teams to build efficiencies, connect financial operations with product development, and shape the strategic direction of revenue performance within a modern digital framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle strategy, execution, and optimization, from patient registration through collections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connective force across finance, operations, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure a cohesive revenue strategy.
- Performance Excellence: Manage and inspire top-tier RCM and finance teams, ensuring performance ahead of industry benchmarks.
- Technology & Innovation: Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools including AI, automation, and data analytics to improve collections, reduce denials, and enhance efficiency.
- Negotiation & Payer Relations: Lead strategic payer negotiations and contract management initiatives that drive value.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
- Business Insight: Use data and financial modeling to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support enterprise decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional Credentials: CPA, JD, MBA, or clinical credentials welcome. Diverse professional backgrounds encouraged.
- Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles with a strong emphasis in finance, strategic operations, or negotiations. RCM experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates who have led technology-driven service organizations or who have been technology leaders in operations-intensive environments will be particularly well-suited to this role.

Compensation: $175,000+ annual base salary, commensurate with experience. Additional performance-based incentives and equity are important parts of the compensation structure.
