Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced
BCBAs to join our growing team to serve
in-home clients after-school hours and on weekends in the Matawan, NJ are. This is an excellent opportunity for BCBAs looking for flexible hours and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and funding guidelines
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Availability during after-school hours (typically 3 PM – 8 PM) and/or weekends
