To help us continue our impact, we are seeking a BCBA to join our team as a Senior Clinical Learning & Development Specialist. This newly created role reports directly to the Director of Professional Development and plays a pivotal role in improving the preparedness of BCBAs and RBTs, enhancing center operations, and advancing the quality of training initiatives across the company.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Deerfield Beach, FL corporate headquarters with occasional travel to regional centers for training and observational visits.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Developing and implementing training initiatives to improve BCBA and RBT readiness across markets
- Supporting the evolution of our Student Analyst program and unrestricted hours curriculum
- Visiting centers to evaluate operational functioning and identify training opportunities for improvement
- Delivering on-site de-escalation training to field and center-based teams
- Supporting cross-departmental professional development with a focus on time management, operational efficiency, and consistency in practices
- Creating competency and exam preparation content to strengthen technician readiness for the RBT credential
- Providing ongoing training and mentorship to clinical staff to ensure quality service implementation and clinical growth
- Analyzing company metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for system improvements aligned with training objectives
- Contributing to the design of scalable and impactful training content aligned with clinical best practices and company goals

What Do You Bring to the Role?
- BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical ABA service delivery, training, or supervision
- Strong training facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse learning audiences
- Experience with curriculum development and mentorship models
- Willingness to travel periodically to regional centers
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Central Reach, BambooHR, and Litmos (preferred)
