Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in-home
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Accurately record session data using digital systems
- Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment delivery
- Create a supportive and positive environment for learning and growth
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Passionate about helping children with Autism thrive
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete or renew the 40-hour RBT course if needed
- Commitment of at least 6 months
