Staffing Coordinator to hire Direct Services staff.This might be a perfect fit for you if you enjoy

Regular Job Duties:
- Review and screen applicants for direct care positions, ensuring all prerequisites are met
- Conduct legally compliant interviews with selected candidates
- Build positive relationships with applicants while promoting the benefits of AZA United and open opportunities
- Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Team to ensure an efficient, effective, and excellent experience for those working their way through the onboarding process
Experience & Qualifications:
- G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; college degree or professional business-related certification a plus
- Previous experience with interviewing and applicant tracking systems highly preferred
- Minimum one year of related experience, with at least one year in a nonprofit, human services and/or healthcare organization (knowledge of DDD Services and HCBS a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
- Must be able to obtain an ArizonaFingerprint Clearance Card, submit a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, car registration and meet all other hiring requirements
