Your Role as an RBT:
- Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to clients in the clinic setting
- Collect data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Work closely with caregivers and team members to ensure consistency
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured environment for each client
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to our Winston Salem, NC Clinic -180 Charlois Blvd
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician preferred
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic clinic team
