Are you an experienced BCBA/trainer passionate about passing on your skills and helping to create a new generation of autism care professionals? You can have an impact on literally thousands of kids with autism who need ABA therapy by developing training programs for future RBTs at our own ABA Academy of Excellence as a Regional Master Trainer.
The Regional Master Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality training programs for staff within their region. Regional Master Trainers act as the immediate supervisor to Regional Training Coordinators, as well as the training support specialist for BCBAs in their region. Regional Master Trainers are expected to travel to the training sites within their region on a regular basis.

What You'll Do
- Monitor best-practice standards, needs of the organization, and current research to ensure training remains first in class
- Conduct safety care training
- Create, teach, and maintain training curriculum for team members
- Assess results of current training procedures
- Create and develop new training curriculum with the Director of Training and Development
- Conduct meetings and trainings at clinic sites within your region
- Supervise the administration of the 40-hour RBT training
- Review region-specific data and develop targeted training meeting a specific need
- Observe and evaluate training curriculum in the field to assess its efficacy
- Evaluate employee performance and create plans for career and skill development
- Communicate with employees on a 1:1 basis to assess motivation and goals
- Evaluate development plans for team members and progress for graduate students and team members who would like to enter graduate school
- Travel to sites in assigned regions on a regular basis.
Requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field
- 3+ years experience post-BCBA certification
- 4+ years in a role providing competency-based training
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness to sign company NDA
