🌟 About the Role:
As our Operations Manager, you'll be the organizational heart of our New Mexico region-keeping daily operations smooth for our in-home services, community outreach, and occasional clinic-based programming. This remote-based role offers flexibility and the chance to truly make an impact behind the scenes, ensuring that staff, clients, and families feel supported every step of the way.
You'll be responsible for:
✅ Coordinating client check-ins, cancellations, and scheduling
✅ Supporting behavior interventionists with admin needs
✅ Planning and organizing community events
✅ Managing the logistics of in-home and community-based programs
✅ Partnering with our leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Being the friendly, helpful point of contact for staff and families alike
🧠 What We're Looking For:

Must reside in New Mexico

RBT certification a plus (not required)
-
2+ years of RBT or administrative/operations experience preferred

Strong organizational & customer service skills

Scheduling experience is a plus
-
Experience in a receptionist, coordination, or clerical role a bonus

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Comfortable working independently and in a team

Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing needs
⏰ Schedule:
-
General hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Flexibility to adjust availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM as needed

Occasional Saturdays for training or events
