As our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ABA division and playing a pivotal role in its development. Total compensation is $98,000 - $120,000, which includes a 20% bonus based on center metrics.

Your involvement in hiring RBTs and BCBAs will play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic team, and ensuring their alignment with our mission.
You will oversee the management of clinical quality measures, including delivered to recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, and assessment turnaround.
Your contributions won't be confined to the clinical realm; you will also have the opportunity to collaborate on marketing initiatives, leveraging your insights to drive our center's growth.

Data-Driven Management: Leverage our sophisticated OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) system for comprehensive data analysis and informed decision-making. Streamline leadership and coaching with automated scorecards, objectives, and metrics at every level—organization-wide, center-specific, and individual.
Mentorship and Professional Growth: Embrace the mentor role for full-time fieldwork students, fostering their professional development while benefiting from support in report writing and supervision.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of management experience and 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
You are interested in growing as a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
