Position Summary
As an ABA Case Manager, you will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, train staff and families, and help track client progress toward their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA)
- Design and supervise individualized ABA programs
- Train and support behavior technicians and caregivers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, ABA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a behavior supervisor
- Experience with DTT, NET/NATS, VB
- BCBA preferred or eligible within 6 months
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
