Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism (ages 2–6) under the supervision of a BCBA. Your work will focus on skill-building, behavior reduction, and creating positive, life-changing moments—through structure, support, and fun.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA sessions according to the treatment plan
- Accurately record data and render appointments same-day
- Provide coverage for sessions when needed (staff call-outs, scheduling needs)
- Maintain full-time availability,Monday–Friday, during business operating hours
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in center upkeep and cleaning
- Follow all BCBA-prescribed protocols with fidelity
- Collaborate with team members and participate in center-wide events
What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Active RBT certification OR certificate of completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized and accepted by the BACB
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification before your employment start date
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
- Reliable internet access (for training modules and digital documentation)
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
Preferred (Not Required):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time| 30 - 40 hours/week
- In-person, center-basedsetting
- No evening or weekend hours required
- Client population: Early intervention (ages 2–6)
