Job Duties:
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Communicate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent
implementation of the behavior plan
• Provide direct one-on-one instruction and support to clients
• Model appropriate behavior for clients and provide feedback and reinforcement
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care

Minimum Requirements:
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months working with persons with developmental disabilities
• Official Transcripts
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain
immunizations including TB, and drug testing.
