Clinic Director & Investment Partner (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
Full-Time | ABA Start-Up Clinic | Ivy Rehab for Kids
**Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA to be considered for this opportunity as there are treatment expectations for our Clinic Directors. **
Location:We are open to exploring locations closest to you. We go where the talent, and the patient needs are! Please note this clinic does not exist yet and you will have the unique opportunity to partner with us to pick out the perfect location in your community!

What You’ll Do:
- Launch and grow your own ABA therapy clinic
- Lead a multidisciplinary team
- Provide hands-on, compassionate pediatric care
- Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
- Earn equity and share in your clinic’s success

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
