Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate
BCaBA to develop and oversee ABA programs, train staff, and support children with autism and related disorders. If you’re looking for a meaningful role with growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a highly-qualified BCBA, the BCaBA will:
- Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments.
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments (FBAs, preference assessments, etc.).
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation.
- Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy as needed.
- Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
- BCaBA certification (required in applicable states).
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
- No disciplinary actions on license/certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for ABA and helping children succeed.
