Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children with Autism
- Implement behavior plans and collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Assist with caregiver training under BCBA supervision
- Collaborate with your clinical team to support each child’s unique treatment goals
- Ensure a safe, clean environment for all staff, clients, and families
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children (ages 0–16), especially in therapy or educational settings
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a variety of active postures
