As a Human Resources Coordinator at Butterfly Effects, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective and current team members. From data entry to onboarding, your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help keep our HR operations running efficiently.

This position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida corporate office.
What Would You Be Doing? You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions that support our team and company-wide initiatives, including:
- Maintaining and updating our HR systems such as BambooHR, ADP Payroll, and our Applicant Tracking System.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, electronic filing, and account setup.
- Providing customer service and responding to questions from team members and job applicants.
- Assisting with data entry and administration of HR documentation.
- Helping ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and maintain a culture of service and responsiveness.
- Gaining exposure to corporate-level HR operations, including HRIS coordination and team member relations.

What Do You Bring to the Role? We are looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent service:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of related HR experience or a combination of relevant education and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiasm and flexibility in managing evolving priorities.
- Willingness and ability to learn detailed administrative and data entry processes.
- Experience with HR systems such as BambooHR or ADP is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving and active listening.
