The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for spearheading all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. This role will oversee all core digital channels—including paid advertising, SEO, and paid social media—while ensuring optimal website performance. Additionally, this position will focus on analyzing campaign effectiveness, optimizing conversions, and leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize results and enhance the overall digital marketing impact.

Digital Marketing Strategy
- Lead the planning, execution, and continual optimization of all digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
- Define and manage the annual paid advertising budget with a focus on ROI, CAC, CPL, and ROAS optimization.
- Own the performance and evolution of the Behavioral Framework website, ensuring content is fresh, UX is seamless, and site speed and SEO are optimized.
- Lead all SEO efforts, including technical audits, on-page improvements, backlink strategy, and keyword performance tracking.
- Strategically manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, focusing on high-intent targeting and conversion rate optimization.
- Oversee organic and paid social media efforts across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to support both marketing and recruiting initiatives.
- Own internal and external email marketing strategy, using segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Establish and iterate on performance benchmarks for all digital initiatives, continuously optimizing based on real-time data and business goals.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Lead Generation & Automation
- Design and launch integrated lead generation campaigns across search, social, email, and retargeting channels.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture prospects through the funnel and accelerate conversion timelines.
- Execute geo-targeted digital strategies to support regional growth and market expansion.
- Develop detailed audience segmentation strategies, utilizing behavioral data to target the most responsive users.
- Partner with operations and client service teams to manage digital reputation, respond to reviews, and deploy marketing content that supports lead conversion.
Conversion Optimization & Analytics
- Establish and manage conversion tracking across all platforms, using data to refine CTAs, landing pages, and funnel steps.
- Implement and iterate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize key touchpoints throughout the digital customer journey.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform budget allocation.
- Analyze user behavior, site flow, and bounce rates to identify friction points and boost engagement and conversion rates.
Strategic Support & Leadership
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, bringing forward innovative ideas and platforms to test.
- Mentor and guide marketing support staff, fostering a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of digital marketing experience. 1 year of management experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth, optimizing marketing funnels, and aligning marketing efforts and revenue objectives.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Business, and Meta Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
