About UsThe Treetop Therapy is a place where we live and breathe ABA. We work with children ages 2-18 across Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado, using in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA programs that are rooted in evidence-based practices. Every child is unique, and every therapy session we provide is personalized to help them grow, learn, and succeed.
What You'll DoAs an RBT, you will be at the forefront of this life-changing work. You'll provide one-on-one, individualized ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll be an essential part of the team that helps children gain crucial life skills, improve behaviors, and thrive in their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering individualized therapy programs that make a real difference in the lives of children.
- Using proven, data-driven techniques to foster skill acquisition and positive behavior.
- Collaborating closely with families to ensure therapy is tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Tracking and documenting client progress using electronic medical records to ensure we're always working toward measurable results.

What We're Looking ForRequired:
- RBT Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Experience working with children of various ages and abilities.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection.
Preferred:
- TRICARE certification.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for ABA and a genuine desire to help children achieve their fullest potential.
