About UsAt The Treetop Therapy, we're branching out across several states, including Arizona, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado, providing in-home, clinic-based, and community-based ABA programs for children ages 2-18. Our goal is to provide rooted, high-quality, evidence-based therapy that helps children flourish to their fullest potential. And we need you to help us leaf an impact on their futures.
What You'll Be DoingAs an RBT, you'll play a crucial role in helping children grow and develop important life skills. You'll work one-on-one with children, under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to cultivate positive behaviors. You'll:
- Plant the seeds for individualized ABA therapy programs that make a real difference.
- Use data-driven techniques to help children grow their skills and behaviors.
- Work alongside families to tailor therapy to each child's unique needs-nurturing success in home and community settings.
- Track progress using electronic medical records and help children branch out into new areas of success.

What We're Looking ForRequired:
- RBT Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection.
Preferred:
- TRICARE certification.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for helping children grow and thrive toward independence.
