Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are awarded quarterly.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, full-time. Occasional weekends and after-hours may be required for pre-scheduled events.
This role will support business development efforts across multiple regions in Texas, including:
- East Texas
- Houston
- San Antonio
- Texarkana and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, schools, and community partners to generate new referrals
- Develop and execute strategies to grow referral networks and increase service awareness
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Attend community and professional events to promote our therapy services
- Present proposals and updates to the Director of Business Development
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and referral activities using our sales tracker
- Provide regular reports on partnership results and market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support
- Perform administrative tasks, attend meetings, and support leadership as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing; experience in pediatric home health (2+ years) is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and strategic partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
