Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated
Program Director for Baltimore County who will be responsible for the programmatic, operational, and developmental oversight of employees to effectively work with individuals supported within Aspire Living & Learning’s programs. The Program Director will work to build effective teams, champion internal and external partnerships, and create a supportive environment in which to retain high quality employees and providers. The Program Director will also ensure adherence to organization-wide policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations, while also providing fiscal oversight of the program(s) under the guidance and leadership of the Senior Operations Director.
Rate of Pay: $65,000 per year
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible on weekends)
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5 or more years’ experience in Human Services, with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of Human Services programs.
- Knowledge of funding agency regulations and requirements
- Ability to provide on-call support
- Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
- Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience required.
