We deliver high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Are You a Student?
We support future BCBAs by signing off on
restricted and unrestricted supervision hours, and we offer
BCBA tuition scholarships and reimbursement programs.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs
- Track client progress using digital data collection
- Collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistent, quality care
- Help children meet their developmental and behavioral goals
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with children (preferred: experience with autism or developmental disabilities)
- Passion, patience, and a desire to make a real difference
Schedule
- Full-time (25+ hours/week)
- Monday–Friday (Day shifts); weekends optional or as needed
