$130,000.00- $150,000.00 base salary and target bonus potential between $40,000.00- $60,000.00 annually

About The Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Operations and Transformation to lead and manage high-impact operational initiatives across our ABA therapy enterprise. This role is ideal for a business athlete who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can drive cross-functional alignment across clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead Complex, Enterprise-wide Operational Initiatives Such As
- Growth Operations redesign in partnership with senior leadership
- Standardization of center operating models across regions
- initiative rollout coordination through ownership of the “air traffic control” process, including communications and management cadence
- Provide project management support to functional leaders (e.g., Clinical
- Directors, Finance Directors) on strategic initiatives such as compensation structure design and A/B testing frameworks
Operating Model & Execution Support
- Help define and implement the “ACES Way” of operating across the organization
- Drive planning and execution of key operating forums including ACOM, Growth Reviews, and De Novo Reviews
- Lead preparation and coordination of major executive meetings and board presentations, ensuring clarity of goals, storylines, and deliverables
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in professional services (e.g., management consulting) or equivalent operational leadership roles
- MBA, MPH, or MHA strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site operations is a plus

- Executive Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling decks, one-pagers, and executive updates
- Self-Starter: Brings structure to ambiguity, designs scalable processes, and drives initiatives with minimal oversight
- Collaborative Leader: Works effectively across functions and levels, comfortable managing through influence in a matrixed environment
