Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per/hour
Behavior Frontiers is an industry leader in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment for autism and other special needs. We are on a continuous journey to explore, assess, and develop only the highest quality ABA treatments and solutions delivered by best-in-class clinical professionals. We are rapidly expanding and seeking an ABA Administrative Office Assistant for our El Segundo, CA location to contribute to the success of the company. We are looking for an individual with a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, great organizational skills, and has some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
How Will You Help Create a World Without Limits
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front reception desk, welcoming new employees, guests, and visitors.
- Assist with maintaining and filing data in both physical and digital systems.
- Prepare essential items for new employees, such as company badges, parking passes, and elevator access cards.
- Manage the distribution and forwarding of all incoming office mail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment at all times.
- Place and manage supply orders for HQ.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, kitchen inventory, and equipment as needed.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure seamless workflows.
- Coordinate onsite catering for C-suite lunches and special events, including board meetings.
- Collaborate with the Facility Team and PCT on all facility management tasks.
- Work closely with PCT Security to manage and oversee parking validation processes.
- Always maintain a positive attitude and foster a supportive, uplifting environment.
- Assist with regional anniversaries and birthday celebrations.
- Provide support with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Creativity (e.g., decorating for Autism Awareness Month)
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable car and willingness to drive daily (as needed)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to provide a negative TB test
- Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Previous experience as a Behavior Technician is a plus, but not required
- Interest and ability to complete Behavior Technician training
