Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary pediatric rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. What sets us apart is our ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof and our team approach to patient care. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model.
The Lead Therapist is a seasoned clinical professional who provides leadership and expertise within their therapy discipline. This role involves leading and supporting a team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving productivity and effectiveness within the department. The Lead Therapist will mentor new hires, offer clinical support, manage administrative tasks, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary clinical leader within the therapy discipline, providing expert guidance and support to the therapy team.
Counsel therapists on strategies for improving productivity such as effective rescheduling, appointment confirmation, and marketing in the community.
Collaborate with office and practice managers to ensure appropriate scheduling of current and new hires.
Mentor new hires by providing comprehensive documentation training and clinical support.
Assist with coordination of in-clinic training and onboarding for new hires.
Offer monthly mentorship check-ins to new hires that are new graduates.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities for the therapy team through lunch and learns and CEU events.
Administrative duties include ordering testing protocols and clinic supplies
Engage in biweekly meetings with other lead therapists and leadership to discuss weekly targets
Requirements
2-5 years of clinical experience
Proven Experience In a Leadership Or Supervisory Role Preferred.
Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, therapy techniques, and productivity management.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. is also required.
